The Company believes that good products will entice the customers to buy the products. By providing excellent and comprehensive service to the customers will keep the customers coming back to the Company that sells the products. With that philosophy in mind, the Company has set up a toll-free telephone line for technical supports and services.

A dedicated service and support officer is assigned to handle customer’s inquiry. As a customer, one can enjoy the benefit of exclusive attention, as one needs only to liaise with the assigned customer service officer who would be able to provide solutions to problems encounter by the customer.

The relationship that has been forged by the Company with the customer must not end after the customer bought the product(s) from the Company. The Company therefore has established several maintenance service plans during warranty and post warranty periods. For customer that had have office not within a reasonable distance to the service center of the Company, the Company will provide advance replacement of the hardware to the customer. This will effectively reduce the down time on the hardware of the customer. The Company believes that “Customer is King”.
