for technical supports and services.
A dedicated service and support officer is assigned to handle
customer’s inquiry. As a customer, one can enjoy the
benefit of exclusive attention, as one needs only to liaise
with the assigned customer service officer who would be able
to provide solutions to problems encounter by the customer.
The relationship that has been forged by the Company with
the customer must not end after the customer bought the product(s)
from the Company. The Company therefore has established several
maintenance service plans during warranty and post warranty
periods. For customer that had have office not within a reasonable
distance to the service center of the Company, the Company
will provide advance replacement of the hardware to the customer.
This will effectively reduce the down time on the hardware
of the customer. The Company believes that “Customer
